I absolutely love this city.

It is history. Every cobble, every stone, every pinch of dust and illuminated path, all history. The cathedral, the Roman Circus, the sculptures...

... the mosaic of Medusa.

The sea is calling me and I am feeling restless, but it's not the pull to keep moving. This time it is a pull to stay put and dig in. Tomorrow night to the beach I think, Tomorrow to dig around the aquaduct. Tomorrow is going to be a full day, a good day.

And Sunday I'll think on leaving again. For now... Augustus lived here, great statesmen of Rome moved worlds to be here. This is a city for me.
