The conference went well today. Besides reports from different countries we went through translation and printing policies, financing, divided up the countries finally under the 2 Regional Coordinators - just have Singapore to get the elders to decide as the RD wants to be under Dave but it would be better to have him under Rajeev and his team.

Jim, Please do not take our silence as a sign of a lack of interest. We pray daily for the conference and are amazaed at all the Lord is doing.
I see a years worth of ECS Connecitons in all the stories of these ministries.
Please convey my thanks to all those who are involved.
