A typical Brazilian eating experience is a rodizio.

The rodizio we visited, Baby Beef, had a salad bar, pasta bar and sushi bar, as well as non stop, never ending, varieties of bbq meat.

Each table has a mounted red and green rotating wheel. Green indicates that you would like to stuff your face with meat, and brings waiters running from all angles. Finally, when youve eaten enough, you turn the wheel to the red half, indicating you need a break.

In case you are not completely satisfied, there is a three tier trolley, with every dessert under the sun.

Im not a big carnivore, but I couldn't let this truly Brazilian experience pass me by.

By the way, my face is red from too much sun!
