Hope you all are doing well, especially you students mid-term!
Things have been going smoothly here. Most of the kids had their grade-level exams last week, and haven't heard yet how they did. I'll let you know!
Mom sent some play food and kitchen stuff last week, and so Jennifer and I went to a huge toystore here, Universal, to get a play kitchen. The only one they had that could withstand all those kids was a Little Tikes tea party kitchen, which is all pink, but it doesn't seem to matter. The boys are into it, too, and they've been playing restaurant and house. I'm doing my best to figure out ways to provoke imaginative play
I've been having to kick kids out pretty regularly, and usually the same ones - and usually for fighting. I even had to kick one out for giving his brother a bloody lip yesterday -- in front of me! -- and they hadn't even been fighting beforehand. The thing is, they don't have to be there, so I can't really make them do any sort of punishment. But, they don't have to be there, so I can kick them out. I hate having that be it, but it's not like being in a regular school where I can give them more work. Oh, well.
I don't really have much else to say, though I've finally (at least mostly) gotten back to normal after the robbery. Hey, it's how it is when you have to deal with this stuff overseas!
Enjoy the pictures and videos -- I took some today of a very nice afternoon class.
