I know you've been suffering from a Riley drought, but it's ok... Marcy
is back whoa whoa. Unfortunately not a huge tale of what I've been upto
as I don't have the time today, this is just today's news.
I'm still in Kuta, Bali, but getting ready to leave in the next few
days. I'm writing to say that I finally had my mediation with regards
my ribs and have settled for less cash then I'd like, but more cash
than I can be arsed to wait 6 months and solicitors etc for it to go to
court.
Absolute nightmare mediation with Jason "I'm a wanker"
Whatverislastnameis trying his hardest to avoid the subject and just
keep asking me why I said all these things about the company. 2
responses sprung to mind:
1) Cos it's all true ;
2) Cos you're a peenarse and I'd like everyone to hate you as much as I do.
But I opted for something much more diplomatic in the end in order to actually get some cash out of him.
So, hopefully this is the end of this convoluted and painful affair and
I can maybe get on with doing some unhindered drinking and travelling.
Now, if anyone would like to give me any money to make up for lost time
and to make up the difference of what Usufruct gave me and what I
wanted, then you are more than welcome.
One last thing. If anyone ever goes to Australia, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WORK FOR USUFRUCT FOREST ENTERPRISES.

Hello... i am complety agree with anyboyd should never work with usufruct forest company in australia.... few example:
- when they paid 10 dollar per tree, another company are paying 14, 16 dolares per tree
- when they work with boxes of tree, they say that each box has 80 trees, but real true is they have 100 trees and some boxes has 120 trees, so they still 20 trees.
-i never saw a pay list, and i am still wiating for my taxes!!!
how i know, becouse i worked for them and then i worked for another company same area same trees, so... let thing... tree planting is good money if you work hard, but with usufruct... no... please dont go.
- if you go to work with them, check how much you pay for acommodation, the check how much you get in your account
- so... look for other job, or other company!!!!!
- AND ONE DAY THEY ARE GONNA HAVE PROBLEMS BECOUSE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, OR PEOPLE WITH TURIST VISA ARE (NOW) WORKING FOR THEM, SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE A VISA FOR WORK, ASK THEM.. FOR SURE YOU WILL GET SOME WORK!!!!
