Well, I've been out here 2 weeks so far and loved every minute of it.

This is a very short version of events as most of the people seeing this will have had the original email so I won't repeat too much... just go onto the next one if you've seen it all before!(once i've done another)

Started off in Bangkok for 3 days and then headed down to Pattaya. Not somewhere I'd recommend! Very touristy and full of fat old German (and English) men with much younger, much more attractive, but clearly much paid for, Thai women.

Then we headed down to Koh Samet, which I fell in love with pretty much straight away. gorgeous place with perfect white sandy beaches and the worst road in the world an awesome temple building in Bangkok

. Really chilled out place so I could just wander about and find somewhere nice, then the candles came out at night on the beach (the resort name was Candlelight Beach so...).

After 3 days there Gillian and Hannah left and I moved up to the next beach, partied with some crazy Norsks for a night - properly experiencing the buckets for the first time.

Then moved up the beach again to the main area of the Island - Ao Phai - which is abit more lively and met an enormous amount of people. A few English, Aussies, Norwegians, Dutch, Swedish and Thai. It's amazing how a "quiet night" can turn into a huge one that finishes at 6.30am and sees me stumble home as the last person up in the whole area.

So had another night there after that which actually was quiet, then hit up Bangkok with Dave the Rave Rixon and Vickster and colleagues of theirs from Taiwan.
Ended up as another large one ending at 7am after hitting up an illegal all night bar which was an experience. The doormen ushering you in and shooing you upstairs was all good fun.

Then here I am alone again. Bought 2 pairs of Diesel jeans for 20 quid today which i cant complain about and am about to head off to Ko Phi Phi to meet up with the girls again.

If I can work out how to upload photos I'll have a go!
