This is the place to come if you want clothes made to measure and anything copied. I thought it was funny that they have the Next catalogues here dating back to the turn of the centuary, guess fashion really does come back. Within a 5 minute walk you can find :

Hoi An is the equivelent of Hue in terms of overkill on a theme...they got Temples, Hoi An got shopping.
As a dedicated fashion adict, you wont be surprised to hear that I aint shopping but I am going to be cooking tomorrow instead. Start at the market, then cook it, then its dinner for the group, the menue is " local specialities" and I am hoping its not the basket of frogs I saw earlier : - (

Mac is still sulking after leaving Hanoi and loosing his scarfe in the last place. He thought he would get a replacement here but has decided that they are all scarfe pirates and lie! Mac liked getting out on a bike but the place was full of tourists and it did feel a bit claustraphobic. Food and beer remains good. Mac managed to get some sketching done much to the amusement of the locals, they are obviously not used to seeing a genius at work!
