0610 from Humberside. Katie reluctantly got up to take us to the airport. To share the suffering made Hannah go with her who was staying. Both were in their jimjams and dressing gowns and caused a few stares when they got out of the car to drive back. It's always nice going from Humberside and Pat and I waited in the executive lounge (yes they do have one) before boarding the KLM flight to Amsterdam.
