After a leisure breakfast, we closed down the trailer and make a quick stop for one more good-bye to Ember.  Then we started heading west.  The drive on a Sunday was easy as the traffic was light.  We traveled from Groton along Rt 13 catching Rt17/I-86 across New York. 

Out of New York we traveled along I-90.  As we passed by Erie, Pa we caught a glimspe of Lake Erie and then again as we passed by Cleveland.  The drive around both cities was nice with little traffic. 
We are at the Milan Travel Park outside of Sandusky, Ohio in the town of Milan.  Two spaces up in the park we met another couple also on their way to Alaska.  So we are not the only ones spending our life savings on gasoline.  Tomorrow we will take off for Tinley Park, Illinois to spend a little time with friends.
