Brugge was quite nice. We didn't have much time there but stocked up on delicious Belgian beer and chocolate
All in all it was a slow and sad day. We were really lucky to have such and awesome group of people with us on this tour. It’s a shame that it’s all come to an end but I’m glad that we started our European adventure with a tour rather than trying to do it solo – you definitely don’t get to interact with the locals as much but you can pack a huge amount of travelling in a short period of time. We’ve got heap of travelling buddies now too to explore the places we missed and want to go back to.
Arriving back in London we yet again paid the price for not booking a hostel in advance. Luckily one of the tour girls Racheal managed to find us a hotel at the other end of the city (champ!). Was expensive but worth the money, had our own room with a TV for the first time in weeks.
Plan at this point now is to explore London a bit more, see Bath and Stonehenge, and then we’re off to Ireland and Spain. It’s a race to see as much as we can do before we run out of money!
