The weather this weekend has given us the sun, rain, clouds, and more rain. We left Medford hoping to find sunshine and warm weather. At least we didn't see any fog in Lodi.

Today is "Honey Do" day for Dale although his honey do's are for his mom. He found the heating filter in the furnace for them and washed it out. Next, lights needed to be installed at the front of the house for those dark, dark nights when company comes over. And in his spare time, he washed the RV. We had sand and salt all over the rig. He took the truck to the car wash but couldn't get it all off. He thought about another wash on the truck, but it had taken him an hour for the first time through. Hopefully, we can wash the rig in Yuma when we are done with the highway traveling. Washing the Rig

We had also planned to take in a movie in Stockton, CA. They advertise an IMAX and we wanted to see "The Day the Earth Stood Still" on an IMAX. Dorana and Robin joined Dale and me and his folks at the 2 pm showing. We got a large popcorn and refilled it between us all.

We were puzzled when we walked into the theater to find a seat. All we saw to show the movie on was a huge screen at the front. We have been to an IMAX in Portland Oregon at OMSI. Their screen was in the front, on the ceiling and on both sides. Even though the screen was bigger width and length, it was not what we consider an IMAX - with surround video. The surround sound was awesome, it blew out our ears. We took a vote and decided that the Stockton Theater did not know what an IMAX screen is and they are using false advertising. The movie was disappointing also. Keaua did a good job as an alien - he can't do any wrong anyway! But it was a so-so movie. "Yes Man" would have been a better choice!!!

The folks then took us to dinner at the Elephant Bar Restaurant in Stockton. The restaurant was unique, the food was good, the company better. In all, we had a great time together, no matter what, when or where.

After we got back, we started getting the RV ready to roll the next morning. Yahoo! On the road again, we are back on the road again!
