We had a very nice time in Lodi visiting with Dale's parents, sisters and their families. Sunday, we attended church at Temple Baptist. Since this was before Christmas, the message was about the birth of Christ.

After church, we headed home to a delicious lunch prepared by Dale's mom, Doris. It was nice to have the the immediate family together once again. Everyone was full of Christmas cheer and the wonderful desserts provided by Dorana and Sandy. The rainy afternoon passed by with lots of laughter and catching up.

We watched several football games, with the sound off, so other could talk without yelling over the TV. We HAD to watch Eli Manning because, well, someone in the house thinks he is just adorable. No names! It was a very good game and we had fun telling the quarterback what to do. We stayed home, out of the pouring rain, instead of going to a concert.

A very satisfying and fun day - number 2 of our vacation.
