A beautfiul colonial town to break up the long road to Ecuador. Really not much do to here after you´ve seen the buildings, especially if you´re at the mercy of your stomach. Although my flu from Manizales seems to have moved on, it has left me with a stomach that feels like it´s hosting a rock concert. It´s at least predictable. Food equals bathroom. People have mentioned parasites, amoebas and all kinds of other living creatures none of whom I´d be particuarly welcoming towards, but I´m going to hold out a few more days and see if I can`t give em the old heave ho.
