The plan had been to get up before dawn to climb for an hour up to Poon Hill to watch the famed sunrise. However it was still raining and cloudy so we snuggled up for a few more hours in our cosy sleeping bags.
The walk down was very steep though quite leisurely as we had plenty of time. Maggi, with Subin's help negotiated another couple of long high bridges and we had dal bhat at an idyllic spot with fantastic views down the green valley. Our final guest house was also in a great location and we ended the day with more cards enjoying the view and feeling sad the trek was almost over.
