Hello people! Just a short entry in retrospect to keep you updated.

On the 10th January we caught a 12 hour godawful bus to Lumbini. We arrived dazed and hungry and as usual our attempt to eat before we erupted with hunger was halted by the relaxed Nepali attitude. AHHHHHH!

We hired bikes the next morning and sped around the historic birth place of Buddha which is now a huge sectioned off area where Buddhist communities can come and build monuments, temples and monestaries in honour of him. The German and Chinese temples were the most amazing. No contribution from the UK though!

We stayed 2 nights then off to India!!
