After getting 4 loads of washing done we headed off to the Port Douglas Sunday Markets. Had a good time and bought a couple of things. Tasted coconut juice and then ate the fresh coconut from the husk, drank freshly squeezed sugar cane juice with lime, and saw these great coconut husks carved into animated faces  very well done. Also enjoyed other local artists and the boys had fun playing with some other kids at the playground while we ate our packed lunch. Then headed off to the daintree discovery centre but got nearly there and discovered you had to go across the car ferry to get to it and it cost $19 return which you had to pay cash for which had just spent all of ours at the markets. So instead we went to daintree town and had a look around the quaint town and at some of the local artists and shops. Headed back to the caravan where Jeremy cleaned the van and the boys rode their bikes around the caravan park while I brought in and folded washing. Not sure what we are doing tomorrow but will sure find something to keep us occupied.
