Today Paul helped his aunt load a bunch of random *stuff * into a wheelbarrow and get it all out of her basement. She is hoping to put her house on the market soon and Paul had asked to be put to work to assist in this endeavor.
Our iPod completely wigged out on us on the trip up-leaving us with a grand total of 3 CDs to listen to on our 10-hour drive to MN on Saturday. If a piece of hardware could become schizophrenic, the iPod fit the bill...it basically would just scroll through lists of music without playing anything and the screen image got offset. Today we broke down and replaced it. I spent the afternoon getting the new one all charged and loaded: a process that took quite a while with our slow USB port. We look forward to more music variety on our next few days of driving.
We had grilled chicken and potatoes for dinner. It was so nice out that we were able to eat on the deck. We're thoroughly enjoying the break from Oklahoma summer heat in addition to the nice visit with Paul's aunt.
