Well, weīve headed south! Here we are in Bariloche, which is in the Lake District of Argentina, and the gateway to Patagonia. We arrived early this afternoon from a flight from Buenos Aires.... before I tell you about Bariloche, I GOTTA tell you about our last evening in Buenos Aires...
Believe it or not, I convinced my dear husband to take a TANGO LESSON! Donīt laugh.... Itīs a very sexy dance :) Had to convince him with a huge steak dinner and a few beers before, but I finally got him there....We went to this old school Tango place and took a 1.5 hour class. it was awesome!!! Things to know for our next tango class 1) donīt wear flip flops.... itīs tough to tango in the flip flops, 2) chances are the ratio of men to women in the class will be a little off, so the guys get a lot more practice!!! Anyway, we had a blast and Derek and I were actually pretty good!!! Hopefully weīll rememeber our moves when we get home!!!

This morning we left BA and headed down to Bariloche. We arrived in this beautiful little town which is on this lake in the middle of a gorgeous mountainous area. Absolutely stunning. We first found a place to sleep (sounds easier than it was) and then wandered around the cute little town. The views are unbelievable!!

Headed back to the hostel late in the evening where we met a bunch of folks - a few from france, a few from the bay area (we canīt escape it) and a few from argentina and chile. Very fun crowd. We are going to spend the next few days here in Bariloche - with maybe some rafting or some horseback riding thru the mountains... weīll keep you posted.
A few of you were giving us grief for not having our ītokenīmove in our pictures....well, this blog is for you kid :)
