It was a day to relax and be lazy. In the morning we read and did a bit of email. I wrote my log updates and picked the pictures for the web log.

There is a market where the local people sell t-shirts, sun dresses, cover ups, and trinkets to the tourists. We made our mandatory purchases. I think you have to leave with at least one item per person. There are also several duty free shops with perfume, watches, etc. The prices on some items are better than the US, and Captain Ted bought Katy a watch for mother's day.

We met for lunch at the local pub. Burgers, veggie burgers, and Jerk Pork were our choices today. It was good as usual. As we were leaving we saw our friend from Canada. She seemed upset, and it turned out she had been robbed the night before Coconut Palm at our boat slip

. Someone broke into her house and stole $175 from the purse and her telephone. She said her neighbors lost even more, but she did not want to give any details. She is heading back to Canada Saturday. It is a shame her trip ends on a sour note.

In the afternoon we do email and use Skype to call the kids and friends. Our Internet access runs out at dinner time and there is no reason to renew it since we are leaving for the US early in the morning.

After the "usuals" we take showers, dress up a bit and head for the casino. Katy wins $50 at video poker and I win $20 on the slot machine. After an hour or so, we decide to head for dinner. Katy still has her winnings, Judy has $16 of the $20 she started with, Ted lost $20, and I lost my $40 plus the $20 I started with. I am glad this is entertainment, because I never could make a living at gambling.

We search for a new restaurant to try and stumble onto Wally Broadleaf's at the Westin Hotel. It is a huge buffet with a grill where they will prepare beef, pork, chicken, Cornish hen, lamb, tuna, etc. any way you request it. Everything is delicious, with the 20+ deserts and coffee being a real hit.

In the morning we head for the US and will arrive in West Palm Beach.
