Up early as the hostel getting noisy, had a good nights sleep but a little hungover.  It was very misty, nothing much to see today but it held the promise of a better day, so just kept walking.  By the time Pamplona came into sight the mist was clearing and I had met a young German guy.  He only had three weeks leave so was walking hard to get to Leon this time.  He misses his new girlfriend and hopes she will walk the last part with him next year.  We reached the outskirts of the city and stopped for breakfast, a lovely coffee with a bacon, fried egg and fried green peppers roll.  It was a funny mix but tasted lovely.
My German friend kept going but Pamplona was it for me today.  That's the best part of 70km, so off to the hostel to clean up and drop my pack.  I am pleased to meet up with the Asian tiger, he had found some other Koreans the second day. I go to the Cathedral and wonder the pretty town, its 16 degrees so quite pleasant for strolling.  My leg and bum muscles are aching now, too much information but I love to share....
I have a nasty shock in the main town square as I run into the snoring German!  I ask is he staying in town just hoping he says no.  I am surprised that he is looking for a small pension, as he says the hostels are too noisy and he does not sleep?  I am still very tired so just cannot leave it alone and say it was him who was snoring so how can he say they are noisy!  I just could not stop myself but he takes it well, world war three is averted as he laughs and says it maybe!  We wish each other Buen Camino, the common greeting meaning have a good way.
I am heading back to the hostel to collect the Asian tiger for dinner, he wants a few beers first!  Here we go again!
