back in a familiar setting, i find myself in the aegean airline wing of the athens airport. as an aside, my stress level about making my 3 flights on 3 different airlines on the 31st have been reduced in part by the amazingly user-friendly layout of the airport here (honestly, airports around the world should get a lesson), and by the fact that in theory, my luggage from rhodes should be checked through to frankfurt, thus saving me serious time and grey hairs.
another interesting fact about the athens airport is they have multiple free internet terminals scattered all around this place, as well as free wireless, AND their mcdonald's is super cheap, nevermind airport comparisons - we're talking about 1 euro medium-sized milkshakes!
