Today we got up late which was nice.  Time for a quick trip down to Kent to see Marlee and Phil.  They have moved back to the UK from Sydney a few days after we left and have settled in the lovely town of Hyth in Kent.  Hythe is in the County of Kent about and hour and a half south east of London by train.  It is a lovely area by the seaside and has canals and plenty of greenery. 

We arrived and Marlee picked us up from the station back to there place.   Phil was working (from home - lucky devil) so we took a walk down to the Hythe seaside in the afternoon and grabbed an icecream.  The weather held off for us today.  We stayed for the night and dinner and found it nice to be pampered with a meal and wine/beer. 
The next morning after a lovely breakfast of Bacon and eggs we left phil to work.  We took a drive through the lovely Kent countryside to Canterbury.  Not too nice a day but we managed a lovely walk around town and lunch at a nice pub followed by a coffee.  Bill and I headed back to London from there late afternoon to come back and sort out our rent for the second week.  Bloody visas....
