Entry 1 of 1 | show all | print this entry

After spending about 1 week home doing absolutely nothing and enjoying every minute of it, we had to kick our own butt to get motivated and take the 10-hour (long) KLM flight to Bangkok. The plane took off at 8:51PM, we had 3 places for the both of us, and it was a night flight so all in all it went by pretty fast and I'm thankful for it (I kind of disklike more and more to sit for hours in an airplane). The plane wasn't the latest model so we didn't get the onboard entertainment one is entitled to hope for (you know plenty of movies/tv series/games which you can pause/fast or back-forward) but it was ok anyway. Once at the airport, we just grabed a taxi and went to Siam Square where we walked to our first guesthouse (A-One Inn). Once we dropped off our backpacks, we went to score a Starbuck caffee latte and then we explored the neighboorhood and enjoyed the local food. I'm having a strong jetlag so will hit my bed early tonight. By the time I get into it, I probably won't be sleepy, arghhh. Oh well, we just decided to go for a Thai massage first, what a life.
