After giving it a thorough check over he told us what needed to be done on it and then gave me a price he thought it was worth. I then called Dion and after discussions with me and my brother he gave me a price. Needless to say we bought the car at a reduced price with some things to do
. It is a Misubishi Pajero NL 1998 model, 2 tone grey paint and surprisingly easy to drive. I am not a 4WD fan and driving the car after the Kluger felt HUGE but I know we need a 4WD for what we want to do. I drove the guy home and had a good drive (just happened to pour with rain) and felt that it would be good. I left the car in Brisbane with my brother to fix what needed to be done and headed home. I will head down on Monday to collect it ad bring it home - oh and tell the kids! Ove the next 3 weeks we need to fit electric brakes so we can head down early in the new year to collect our van. Then we will work out what needs to be put in the car and then get it all set up. We have had an idea to put drawers in the rear and have seen some in Canberra so may check it out while we are down getting the van.
I think that's brought you all up to date - until next time.
Wishing you all a Merrry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year

Well after sorting out the van we now have sorted out the car! We began by looking at different models and what they could tow and then working out what would be the best vehicle for what we wanted to do. We went back and forward comparing and looking online. After talking with my brother (a mechanic) about what we wanted in a car and what we wanted to do, he suggested getting a Mitsubishi Pajero. He found one listed on the south side of Brisbane and we began emailing to get further information. Dion was doing all this while away and then relaying it back to me. Finally on Tuesday the guy agreed to drive the vehicle to the north side of Brisbane for my brother to check it over before we decided.
