Not alot to write as the once again new dad already blogged but Alex wanted his last shot of caffeine at Starbucks and facebook his friends so I am uploading some quick pics from our last day in chongqing. The one with the kids is with our Travel Escort from holt who has been with us from the start and will leave us today when we transfer to Guangzhou. The kids loved her and as well as our other escort Pan from the Beijing office. The picture in the garden is just a small part of the courtyard in our hotel.
A Huge THANK YOU to all family and friends who have blogged back with such kind words and blessings! Emma is quickly realizing how wonderful life really can be when you are blessed with loving family and friends. It's been great hearing from everyone!
Oh - one thing we will share is we received a bound album from the Chongqing civil affairs office with professional pictures of Chongqing, the Civil Affairs office where the adoption took place, the Orphanage, and pictures of Emma in the Orphanage, and her adoption ceremony with our family and then the 4 other families who traveled with us to the province. It's titled and engraved "Love without Borders". Really brings home the meaning of a Forever Family!
The kids are doing great with their new little sister Emma and can't get enough of her -which is so touching to see. We keep telling Emma she has one more big brother at home and it will be nice when Jef's home so we can build on our new big family!
Love to all!!
