While I was staying in Paraganj, the backpacker's ghetto of Delhi, there was a huge parade. It was a Sikh holiday, Martyr's Day (Sikhism has a lot of martyrs) and Sikhs of all ages and walks of life paraded through the Main Bazaar. Stores set up stalls to give out free food to all who came and asked. I found a spot, got out my camera, and proceeded to snap. It was the best day in India to that point and was one of the events that began to excite me about seeing more of the country.

Enjoy the photos.
