My first stop after Cape Town was the small town of Hermanus. Hermanus is most famous for the Southern Right whales that like to bask, play, and mate in the waters off it's coast. During the months of October and November, you can see whales coming as close as five metres or less to the rocky coast off the town.

Not a lot to say with this entry - just enjoy the photos all you whale freaks (and non-whale freaks as well. This is an inclusive website after all).
