Today, once again was another "boring" day for me...class, ate, and chatted it up!  I'm getting boring, aren't I?  It definitely doesn't feel like it.  Instead of talking so much, I should be studying - but I guess I'm just not doing a good job of that - I'm just running my mouth! 
 
Believe it or not, I've been doing a better job of eating the dorm food.  This morning we had ham & cheese sandwiches...I ate just the cheese (mind you, it's Provolone - which is definitely not my favorite) and bread, put it in the toaster that I found and made some grilled cheese.  It was great.  Lunch and Dinner were decent - Fish for lunch and dinner.  Yes, I am eating the fish - can you believe it?  I know, shocking!  But, that's what you do when you're hungry and you're trying to save the money to use on excursions and not on food.  Crazy, eh? 
 
Oh what I would pay for some ox-tail right now...
