One of the predicted highlights I had been expecting on the tour - began a day late unfortunately down to me missing the flight from Brisbane, however a couple of phone calls later at the time it happened and things were rectified.
The dive trip was to live onboard a vessel moored semi-permanently on the reef, so as to maximise the time for diving. I took the 3 day/2 night option.
1st day - managed to do 5 dives, one was a night dive - they issue everyone with a dive computer so no worries over exceeding NCD limits(the divers amongst you will understand) here!
2nd day - 3 dives was just right for me.
3rd day - 3 again.
