I am getting in pretty good shape. All of this physical activity is paying off. Slowly, I am getting in better shape which is good as I will be climbing Kilimangaro in about 1 month. I walked 13 kms today while visiting Livingstonia. The town itself is nothing special. I was a little disappointed to tell you the truth. There wasn?t much there. The town was built by missionaries a long time ago. A small museum explained a bit of the history. I spent some time in there but not much. The highlight was the actual walk to and from the town. People would stop me along the way and want to chat. Very nice people. They were genuinely interested in knowing about me and not just being polite locals.

I was considering going to Nhkata Bay today but I was too beat to make the 16 kms trek downhill. I decided to stay another day at Mushroom Farm. I was glad I did. Such a nice place. There was no reason to leave as I have the time. I just rested on a hammock by the side of the mountain and made a further dent into my 800 page book.

Not much to report today.
