Success! We finally found a place that would sell a sim card and had a guy who spoke English. (It was in the Paris department store at Parque Arauco in case any Chilean travelers are reading this) We also got a kettle and tea bags... basic requirements for us of course. We also managed to find some 6 plug power strips which takes all international plugs.. genius idea!

So here's the first weird thing about Chile. You can't buy fresh milk! We went to the supermarket to stock up for our tea supply and searched high and low for milk in the fridge. Eventually we found some American guys and asked them if you can buy it here but alas, no. You can only buy UHT milk. It actually tastes pretty good though.

Ok, off to go for dinner and dancing now. Should be an interesting evening :-)
