Tomorrow is the big day!  I fly out of Des Moines at 6am through Atlanta to Guatemala City.  Once arriving in Guatemala City I must travel about 4 hours to my destination. 

I am nervous and anxious waiting to see what is in store for me the first week in Guatemala.  I am finishing packing and a few other odds and ends today. 

Well, my next entry will be from abroad.  Hopefully finding a place to email will be as easy as the travel guide indicates, otherwise it might take some time before I can update you on my arrival.  Getting adjusted the first week to the new language and culture will be my biggest challenge!  Keep me in your prayers.
