Hello! (Sarah again..)

We are in Toledo at the moment...
We got here yesterday from Salamanca...or Siberia as it should be called since it was SO cold there! (ok..ok...IŽm told it's -20 at home so I shouldn't complain...but still)

Salamanca was really neat...it had an amazing old town with a really old university and a cool cathedral...we wandered through the streets for a long time...
There are these gates into the university of Salamanca..they are really huge with these ornate sculptures all over them...anyways, tradition says that if you can find this tiny frog sculpted in the gates, youŽll have good luck. Dev and I stood for ages (along with about 30 other people) trying to find this frog...everyone around us kept cheering and high fiving as they found it..we were stumped. Finally this spanish man had to point it out to us. (and even then Devon couldnŽt find it...haha) Pretty funny..

Toledo has been great so far...the winding streets are kind of hard to find your way around (thanks for the warning Marg!) but weŽre doing ok...weŽre having paella for dinner tonight...can't wait!

Off to Madrid on Wednesday..
