Well after my ten-week whirlwind taster of South East Asia I've unfortunately arrived home to Sunny old Dublin. I knew I was home when I waited almost an hour for the 746 bus at the airport. Passing through Santry I saw a couple of complete knacker how r ya's coming out of a shop and I thought to myself what am I doing back here. Not to mention half an hour later it started to piss rain! Yes, just what I needed push me into the depths of depression... It's not all bad though, looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up. Most of all I'm looking forward to telling the same story 100 times! But there is alot to be said about having hot water and your own bed! Ah I missed them!

I know alot of people talk about how great travelling is or how much it has changed there lives... and if you were like me you were always thinking yeah sure whatever. But it has really been the best experience of my life! I'd been living in Ireland for to long without any cultural diversity. I think everyone needs a real break from the unrelenting rat race every few years just to recharge and remind themselves that there is alot more to life. I feel I've changed alot while travelling and hopefully for the better. I made new friends and have lots of great memories.

I know this isn't the end of the road in terms of travelling for me. I'm going to try and take a couple of months off every few years to travel. I'm really looking forward to exploring the rest of the world, but for now its back to the grind... these trips don't finance themselves!

Anyway, thanks for reading guys. I hope you enjoyed it and you weren't too jealous!

See you soon.
