As usual, woke up at 5.30am in the morning, sat down at my fave spot to read my book while drinking coffee. Today is my last night here in Joy Farm... After breakfast, BunSok said that i could have some free time today... sigh, it struck me that today was my last nite here...
I did some reading by the window and firm up the rest of my itinerary for the rest of the week... As BunSok was telling me that the wwoofers stayed in their place, wwoofers will need to cook one meal. So after much thinking, i decided on Hainanese Chicken Rice ( I tried twice when no one were at home... lol). So decided to do some research and freshen up my memory. I decided to finish the dinner with desert. So i made steam milk with ginger which is one of my fave.....
Started cooking at 5.30pm. Thot it will be a disaster but turn out to be fine. Was quite relieved. Desert was a little too sweet, i should have done it with less sugar... But dinner turn out to be ok. I hope Joy & BunSok enjoyed the dinner as i did with mine.
