I did it, I did it I did it... YAY.....almost a year to the day after my knee surgery, I hiked the 4 day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and it felt great! Just think, this time last year I couldn´t even walk To my surgeon, physios, gym staff and all my friends who supported me through the 12 months of gruelling rehab.. I love you all xxxx
