guys this was absolutely sensational... .. snorkelling in the clearest freshwater with 35m visibility, being carried along by the streams current it was like being in a movie. With ears above the water you could hear nothing but the sound of the rainforest and on occasion the odd companion clearing their snorkel.
The sheer quantity of fish was like nothing else IŽd ever seen and then the bubbling sands of the water source was mesmerising. At one point I was in a total trance, broken only by a whack on the head by an overhanging branch.. but all cool. Just beyond the rapids (we got out and walked that bit) the current carried us much faster and there was a narow channel in amonst the submerged rocks and tree braches to navigate.. then into the deep crystal clear blue with sun shinging through... it was unreal.
DO IT !!!!!
