Met up with Dan and Eva´s UK wedding party in the departure lounge of Rio airport, where I had been camping out for the previous 8 hours.

Don´t ask why /i went via Rio... a very long story

.... well after 2 dys of travelling, eventually arrived in Americana, a suburb of Campinas where Eva is from. Totally not a touristy place, but seem to be blending in very well and have sussed the place out.

Damn mozzies, they~re everywhere and 2 of the gang have suspected Dengue fever, on drips and in and out of hospital for the last couple of days. They]re both ok at the moment but have to check temperature every 6 hours, being careful they´re both using armpits as they´re sharing a thermometer.

Am in a bit of a rush at the moment as I have to meet everyone else in a few minutes... talk soon xx
