Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Association of India (CREDAI) has appealed to its members to reduce residential property prices across the country. CREDAI is the nodal industry body representing over 3,500 developers across the country. On Tuesday, the finance minister P Chidambaram had made a call to India Inc to bring down prices of products and services to boost demand. The RBI had also recently lowered key policy rates signaling banks to bring down their lending rates. "We want to pass on the benefits of these measures to the customer." Says CREDAI chairman kumar Gera, who is also MD of Pune-based Gera Developments.
