Too bad this blog only lets me tag one city per blog because within a 4 day weekend, Kim and I traveled to 5 cities in total! Talk about a diehard traveler, I didn't know what I was getting into when Kim came to Japan! We had a blast, but boy was I exhausted. We started with a little karaoke (my FAVORITE pastime) in Tsuruga, then went to on to Kyoto to visit some temples and do the Philosophers Walk which was really crowded due to it being a holiday weekend.

After Kyoto, we went to Kobe to relax in the beautiful resort town of Arima Onsen, where we soaked away our travels in the Japanese way- naked! After Arima Onsen we caught the train to Osaka where we partied all night at the infamous foreigner club- Club Pure- for a night of mischief and mayhem. After pulling an all nighter Kim was still ready for more action!

We went on to Nara where I was attacked by a deer that didn't have any horns but was actually very scary. Really, I kid you not- hopefully you will be able to watch the video. We also visited a very large temple and got some cool omiyage.

Finally, it was time to see Kim off. I was sad to see her go, but I must say it was the first time I had gotten a good night's sleep in about 5 days!

Kim, if you are reading, I'm ready to do it all over again! Make sure your job ships you to Tokyo!!
