The amazing sites I saw!!!!

There was many things to see in Italy due to its great historical mouments. The first thing I saw the Colosseum. The Roman Colosseum is a tremendous amphitheater, the embodiment of both the grandeur and cruelty of the great Roman Empire. Capable of seating 50,000 spectators, the Colosseum hosted spectacular games that included gladiator exhibitions, fights between animals, prisoner executions and - strangely enough - naval battles. It was mind blowing to see something like that in my lifetime. But, there is endless amount of historical things to do and see.
While I was there I also checked out the Patheon. The Patheon has enormous history linking to alot of influential time periods such as the Renaissance in the 19th century. Michelangelo studied the dome before creating the cupola of St. Peter's. The concrete used to create the famous dome is one of the great examples of the progressiveness of Roman culture in the first millennium.
Last but not least I saw the Vatican Museum. I had to take a trip to Vatican city but it was well worth it. Inside the Vatican museum you will find an enormous collection of art collected through it's centuries of history, from Egyptian pieces to Etruscan ruins to Renaissance paintings and, of course, the legendary Sistine Chapel. I wanted to see much more but time was limited to a certain extent. But I am glad I went to Italy.
