Peter made sure we saw many sunsets over the lagoon.  We had chips and salsa and margaritas at Pancho and Willie's across the street from our hotel on Sunday, then at La Distilleria on Monday, and at Catorce on Friday. 

Since this is my miscellaneous entry, I'd also like to point out that the fish taco's from Paco's Taco's at our hotel (or technically our sister hotel next door) were fantastic!
