Upon arrival to the PINK Palace (it's name does not disappoint) I received my rooming assignment and after unpacking I was informed that I was to move to a different room to accommodate a rooming request. *Smh* HOWEVER, I then had the most beautiful view of the island. So it all worked out in the end I suppose.
My first day on the island was essentially spent relaxing on my awesome balcony overlooking the beach and of course getting all fabulous for the Toga Party that night.
The next day I woke up with somewhat impaired balance still, but I managed to recover after some delicious breakfast. It was much needed in order for me to indulge in the days activity: ATV Safari around the island. Not only did I have some very handsome tour guides, I got to ride quads?! What?! My day was complete. There's nothing better than having your hair fly in the wind while riding at top speeds though Greek countrysides. I also tried some Happy Horny "Juice"- my guide eloquently put it as 1 drink and you're Happy, 2 and you're Horny, 3 and you're....gone. I also must mention my "classy" tour guide that imposed a somewhat unorthodox get-to-know-you game to all of us on the ATV Safari. Rather than describe my thoughts on the "game," I'll just write down the questions for you:
2) Where you're from?
3) Favorite Color?
4) Your Stoplight (Green= Single, Red= Taken, Yellow= What Happens at the Pink Palace, stays at the Pink Palace)
5) Favorite Sexual Position?
6) Last time you had sex?
7) Last time you touched yourself?
I spent my last day in Greece by going into Corfu town. Now when you think of Greece, you're most likely thinking of Santorini- Blue Roofs, White Houses. Yeah- that's not Corfu sadly. Corfu Town was occupied by Venetians for over 200 years so the buildings all looked Italian- imagine that. Could my life be any more ironic? I felt as though I was in Italy eating Greek food- which was delicious by the way. There's also a very interesting fortress on the island that's worth seeing. It has one thing/building that reminds me of the Acropolis, which made the town feel more Greek.
And of course, I spent another entire day on ferries with stormy seas and rocky sleep (Literally).
Lastly, there were Beautiful sunsets EVERY NIGHT and stray dogs filled the city- sadly :(
