We landed right on time and all was smooth going through immigration & customs in Hong Kong. We got some HK dollars from the ATM and only had to ask a few folks to direct us to the local bus area outside the airport. The guesthouse we reserved sent us detailed directions from the airport which was very helpful. We only waited a few minutes and the double-decker whisked us away for an hour-long tour in the evening. I keep forgetting the British influence here – not only the buses but that they drive on the other side of the road.

Anyway, we disembarked on the corner of Nathan Road and Cameron Road and managed to find the secret doorway to the Sealand Guest House.  We only had a few communication barriers with the front doorman and the front desk lady but once we clarified that we had a reservation already half paid for all was settled. I do have to get used to this form of travel – the rooms are tiny but they are very efficient with everything that we need.  My ankles look like enlarged golf balls and my toes look like mini-sausages they are so swollen from the flight so I think we're going to plan our day tomorrow and go to bed.

Great pics!!! I honestly don't think the room is that small. As long as you don't have to sit on the toilet while showering, this is not small. Loved your entry. have fun!
