Bali Beach!

Yeahhhh! Time to stop and did we perfect the art for the 9 days we were there! We did absolutely nothing, made it to the beach once and apart from that contemplated the walk to the pool and where to get food and drinks! Perfect! We decided on Kuta as it basically had everything we needed in a relatively small area so we could internet, do laundry, buy stuff and basically be as lazy as possible! Alot of people have said its abit of a dive but we liked it and managed to find a gem of a hotel in a little bit of a quieter area, cheap as chips with a gorgeous little pool!

Home for a week, R&R here we come

We soon settled into a little routine - get up (obviously!), Paul would have breakfast from the hotel (waffles and a toasted egg sandwich) and a cup of tea...OH YES...and then I would head out to my little Brazilian restaurant and have my Indonesian breakfast (trying to avoid bread)...yummy scrummy...passing my little friend ´BALI´on the way - every morning he would shout ´Morning England´ and I would reply ´Morning Bali´....awwwww...yep this is as exciting as it gets! Bored yet???!! Oh hang on a minute, it gets better, Paul got attacked by a cockroach that started nibbling his little finger in the middle of the night! You´ve never seen anyone jump out of bed as fast and needless to say, the cockroach didn´t last long after that! Other exciting happenings involved the friendly Japanese man who sat around the pool everyday videoing people on his mobile phone...hmmmm and doing the best belly flops we´ve ever seen! Getting very drunk, going for a great boogy and Paul sat with his arms around me on the pavement getting me to deep breathe as I had the worst case of the hiccups ever! Classy! Oh yes and Paul got to eat kebabs! WOW! OK think we´ve bored you enough now....

Plane finally arrives

The end of our South East Asian Adventure...boohoo...what great memories we´ve got! Hope you´ve enjoyed listening to them so far!!! The next chapter begins....
