It felt good getting back on the bike after two Trans continental and trans Atlantic crossings in a few days.
Arrived back in Eugene then decided to ride to the coast again for the trip south to San Francisco.

That was a mistake.
First off, I planned an off road course to the coast, but it is logging season in Oregon and all my routes were blocked with lumber. I did twenty odd U turns and headed completely off the route I had planned but eventually got to the town I had planned to be at only to find it was awful.
Ended up on Bandon.
Second problem was that although I left Eugene in 90+ heat I had assumed that it would remain.
What is wrong with the Pacific coast?
Blimey it is freezing but perfect sunshine.
I am going inland again tomorrow. I have come too far to be bleedin freezing.

Just discovered my bloody only credit card has stopped. Probably because it was used one day in Orgeon, then the next in London, then in Marlow and now in Brandon. All within 48 hours.

I have enough cash for two tanks of fuel and no credit card.

Any ideas?

Sell your body, maybe you could get enough cash for a meal or two.
