Woke up around 10 am this morning and had breakfast with Agathe this morning.  Typical French "petit-dejeuner", bread and muffins and butter.  We took the Train to Paris, only about 15 minutes.  First we walked through Cour Saint-Emilion.  This looked like true Paris.  The street is filled with café's and open air dining.  Not so many tourists here and more of a true French aroma in the air.
We continued walking on to Bercy Park.  This place is absolutely beautiful.  With a few less people than Luxemburg,  I liked this place a lot.  Very green, lots of ponds, and lots of water.  The statute of the Indian was there too and I took a photo with him.  We continued along to Palais Omnisport, an arena where Agathe has skated before and where Tony Parker has played.
This walk was really unique for all these places I'd never seen before and this was my 3rd time to Paris.  Next we walked by the Gare de Lyon, followed by a Holiday Inn, with a sex shop underneath it.  We stopped at a café near Bastle and had a Pain Aux Raison (cinnamon roll kind of thing).
We met up with two of Agathe's friends at a bar, both of which traveled with her to England two years prior.  They didn't speak any English and I was a little two fatigued to put my heart into understanding everything they said.    Here I drank my first Heineken, I must say, it wasn't that bad, but Bavarian Beer I think will forever be the best.
Agathe and I then went to this place called the Jardin des plantes.  This place was absolutely beautiful and I took some photos that Ms. Hopkins, my photography teacher from high school, would love.  Next we passed the Hotel de Ville, a grand hotel I suppose, I don't really know.  At the front of the hotel, Agathe explained to me that they used to have an outdoor ice rink there and she would skate before a large crowd.
We crossed the Seine river, saw Notre Damn again, and saw the Holocast memorial at the point of the Seine river.  Stuff like this, I really appreciate.
We came back to agathe's house, I think I've walked over 50 Km's on this trip alone.  Agathe's whole family had come from Normandie and everyone was here to meet David.  We had dinner outside.  I've found that on this vacation I've lost all my picky habits of eating food, when I'm hungry, I'll eat anything.  Tomatoes, duck, peppers, all stuff I never eat at home.  We had salad, French bread, and chicken with a sauce that smelled just like my cheesy top roman at home.
This was Agathe's first night with her family since her month long internship in England.  I showed the family my photos from Europe and gave them a gift as well. I felt bad that with so many people in the house, Agathe's sister slept on the floor in the living room while I got her room.  At the end of this week we are going to try to go to Amsterdam and this weekend we will be in Normandie, I can't wait!
