Well, we just dined at the restaurant with the best music in Australia. As soon as we walked in, we heard the sounds of the Monkees, followed swiftly by the Beatles. After this, I was sure I recognized a Wilco song and a Phill Collins song wasn't far behind that. During our meal, our ears were treated to various Chuck Berry songs as well as Billy Bragg.
I also know for a fact that other artists that are regularly played there include Mike Nesmith, Neil Young, Genesis, the Allman Brothers, Gowan, Marty Robbins, Roger Miller, Rick Nelson, Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley (or Elmo Parsley, as my Dad used to call him), John Lennon, Roy Orbison, the Stones, Bob Dylan, Howlin' Wolf, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, J.J. Cale, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jerry Reed, Edith Piaf and Sam Cooke.

Not to be outdone by the classics, they also play newer music by the Black Keys, Adele, Jack White, She & Him, Beck, Jill Barber, Elliot Smith, Harry Connick Jr, Old Crow Medicine Show and the Magnetic Fields.

They also have a nice variety of smooth jazz, featuring the likes of Charlie Byrd, Oscar Peterson, John Coltrane, Dave Brubek and Miles Davis.

I'm also pretty sure I've also heard the sultry sounds of No Fly List, as well as Dave Combden and Kris Millett being played in the background. How have we heard such a nice mixture of music out at a restaurant you ask? Well, it's attached to the motel I work at and I filled up the boss' iPod with a bunch of stuff from my computer. It is awesome.

Updated: It also helps that both the service and the food was great as well and that we all enjoyed ourselves (we were a table of 6). This probably doesn't count as an actual online review of the restaurant because I work there (I don't want to get accused to fraudulent reviewing... I hear the jail term is 12 years for that offence) but I wanted the readers to know that we enjoyed much more than the music. That is all.
