Grand Final day but it doesn't feel like it being so far away. I got up and had a six minute shower determined by 2 x 20c coins. Water is a such a luxury in Cooper Peddy. We packed up and started the long drive to Erldunda (the middle of Australia) some 450ks away. During the drive it became apparent that I needed to develop my own wave to oncoming cars. You see on the Stuart Highway approaching road trains and fellow travellers wave. Everyone does it differently so I developed my signature move of a whole hand wave followed with a point of a finger. I know small things amuse small minds but when driving for five hours you need to do something to keep you occupied.

Gotta love collecting those 20c for the showers. I had a giggle hearing about your own unique wave, and good on Emmy for checking the size of the pool: a good lesson in knowing its the size that counts! Take care you don't get blown away guys.
