We spent most of Saturday driving and covered about 400 kms over about 7 hours. The motorways are mainly single lanes with the odd overtaking lane in parts. We are now staying in an area called Port Macquarie. The van has developed a slight problem with the back brakes that we were warned were due to be replaced when we got it serviced a few weeks back. It is booked in for tomorrow morning to get them done then we are heading further south again. We can't believe how quick Christmas is coming. We shouldn't have too many problems getting to Sydney in time as it is only a 4 hour drive from here.

We are stopping off in North Sydney next on Palm beach were Home and Away is filmed.
